(Minot, ND) — Josiah Rosie is running for mayor of Minot again after losing in last summer’s special election. He says his campaign will center around restoring limits to city government, as outlined in the Constitution, and prioritize taxpayer protections. Rosie lost his last bid for mayor to current incumbent Mark Jantzer, who is running again. Rosie was joined by David Wiley who simultaneously announced his campaign for a seat on the City Council. Wiley and Rosie are running as a joint ticket with three seats up for grabs on the council.
