(Custer, SD) — The Qury Wildfire burning near Custer is 22-percent contained. It has already burned more than 84-hundred acres and damaged 10 structures in the area as of Sunday. About 290 firefighters have been sent to battle the flames and FEMA has authorized the use of federal funding to help the suppression effort. More than 100 people were evacuated to a shelter in Custer on Friday. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
