(Pembina County, ND) — North Dakota health officials say 26 cases of measles have been confirmed this year. The majority of the cases have been found in Pembina County with 23 infections there. There has been one case in each of Williams, Walsh and Traill counties. Nine of the 23 infections were in children under the age of five while ten have been in individuals between five and nineteen. Six of the individuals were fully vaccinated while 18 were confirmed to be unvaccinated.
