(Sioux Falls, SD) — The South Dakota Supreme Court is holding a traveling term at Augustana University for two days. The court will hear six cases with three arguments scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday morning. They held a similar session in October at the Knudson School of Law courtroom in Vermillion. Justices will hold educational sessions before oral arguments each day and a question and answer session after arguments. The court holds two traveling terms a year, usually at educational institutions.
