(Minot, ND) — A new judge has been assigned to the Souris Valley Bowmen theft case. Dallas and Nicole Rice are being charged with stealing and spending more than 180-thousand dollars from the organization for personal expenses. Judge Steven Lautt had recused himself from both of the cases and court records show Judge Gary Lee has been assigned in his place. Both suspects are scheduled to make initial appearances on April 20th.
