(Bismarck, ND) — A 19-year-old man is pleading guilty to gross sexual imposition and assaulting an officer. Seth Tschider was arrested for a sexual assault reported by a female victim on October 7th. According to court records, while Tschider was being detained he tried to break free from officers by running and kicking them and told one officer, “I am not going easy.” He entered his pleas without a sentencing agreement and was informed by the judge that he could face maximum penalties. The judge ordered a pre-sentence investigation, including a psycho sexual evaluation and sex offender risk assessment.
