(Rapid City, SD) — The wheel area of a semi-truck caught fire in Rapid City on Sunday morning. Firefighters extinguished the blaze around 6:30 a.m. near the intersection of Cathedral Drive and Mount Rushmore Road. The truck was a fuel tanker and crews worked throughout the morning to transfer the fuel from the damaged truck to another vehicle. No injuries were reported.
