(Bismarck, ND) — Traffic on the East Bismarck Expressway was stopped for a suspicious device investigation. It happened around 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Bomb squad was sent to analyze the device and they determined it was a piece of industrial electrical equipment and not an explosive. Officials determined there was no threat to the public and reopened traffic by 7:00 p.m.
