(Stanley, ND) — Two foster parents in Stanley are pleading guilty to murdering their three-year-old. Jamie and Raymond Johnson both entered guilty pleas for felony murder charges and Jamie also pleaded guilty to child abuse on Thursday. The girl was pronounced dead one year ago after authorities responded to a report of an unresponsive child in the Johnson’s care. The girl was taken to a hospital, while showing clear signs of trauma and the investigation revealed security footage from the home showing the Johnson’s assaulting the girl. Sentencing has not been set.
