(Missoula, MT) — New details are coming to light regarding a bail bond company connected to the shooting death of a man during a fugitive recovery operation. The Montana Free Press reports the Billings company Mr. Bail was already under investigation when four of its bail bondsmen were involved in the fatal shooting of Joshua Wykle on March 4th. The Montana State Auditor’s office says it was investigating Mr. Bail for using unlicensed bondsmen. Two of the bondsmen involved in the shooting were unlicensed after failing the licensing test several times. The other two bondsmen had received their temporary licenses less than a month beforehand.
