(White Bear Lake, MN) — A Lino Lakes legislator is accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol. State Representative Elloitt Engen was arrested this morning by White Bear Lake police. He was held on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Engen was released less than two hours later. He has not been charged. The Republican lawmaker is a candidate for Minnesota auditor.
