(Williston, ND) — A woman is pleading guilty to an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old. McKayla Swallow pleaded guilty to misdemeanor sexual assault on Monday as prosecutors dropped felony charges of luring a minor as part of the plea. Swallow will not have to register as a sex offender. Police found nude photos and suggestive texts on the minor’s cell phone. Swallow also faces charges in Ward County for three counts of corruption of a minor.
