(Sioux Falls, SD) — Officials say one of the most wanted men in Minnehaha County is behind bars. Caleb Posey Moran was booked into the county jail around 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. He was wanted for rape and sexual contact with a child dating back to when the girl was five years old in 2012. The victim came forward when she was 15 to report the sexual abuse. Court documents state that Moran lived in the same house as the victim during the alleged incidents.
