(Scenic, SD) — Officials are identifying the man killed in a single-car crash near Scenic, South Dakota. The crash happened when 46-year-old John Waylon Miller of Rapid City failed to navigate a curve on Highway 44 near mile marker 92. The vehicle went off the roadway into a ditch before rolling over and coming to a stop. Police say Miller was not wearing a seat belt when the crash happened.
