(Bismarck, ND) — Gov. Kelly Armstrong will present budget guidelines to state leaders this week. He will host a presentation that will be livestreamed on the governor’s Facebook page at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday. It will kick off budget discussions between lawmakers as they look to finalize a deal to take effect from 2027 to 2029. The governor’s final budget proposal will be presented to lawmakers in December.
