(Rapid City, SD) — Rapid City officials say Tzadik Management owes the city more than 530-thousand dollars in unpaid utility bills. City officials say that, in most scenarios, they would cut off water, but it has refused to do that so the people who live there are not punished by the company not paying its bills. A current proposal is being considered to hire outside counsel to take the company to court for what it owes. The full council is set to vote on Monday.
