(Fridley, MN) — Rich Products Corporation plans to close its Fridley food plant later this year. The company notified the state that layoffs will begin at the facility in mid-September and will continue through the end of the year. About 170 employees will be affected by the closure. The company will continue to operate plants in Eagan and Motley.
