Apartment Fire In Bismarck

(Bismarck, ND) — Bismarck fire crews responded to a Sunday morning fire at a local apartment building. Firefighters were called to the scene along West Interstate Avenue at around 6:30 a.m. and saw smoke coming out of a second-floor unit. They entered the apartment and extinguished the fire, and no injuries were reported. However, two pets died in the blaze and the building suffered smoke damage. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
