(Sioux Falls, SD) — A former counselor in Sioux Falls is being sentenced after sexually taking advantage of a patient. Sixty-year-old Roy Conrad was sentenced to five years in prison on Tuesday afternoon after pleading guilty to two counts of penetration by a psychotherapist earlier this year. Before he was sentenced a judge heard from Conrad’s former patient and her daughter. The victim detailed her experience that included hugs before and after sessions, as well as Conrad touching her stomach and breasts.
