(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Timberwolves are losing a vital member of their front office. Sachin Gupta is leaving his role as the executive vice president of basketball operations to join the front office of Chelsea from the Premier League. Gupta joined the Wolves in 2019, and he took over as the interim president of basketball operations when Gersson Rosas was fired in 2021. He stayed with the team after Tim Connelly was given the full-time roll in 2022.
