(Vermillion, SD) — A Pride flag and pole were stolen from a property in Vermillion over the weekend. Police responded quickly enough to catch the suspect just a couple blocks from where the flag and pole were stolen. The Vermillion PD Facebook page shared a “thank you” post from the owners of the flag, along with a security photo of the would-be thief on their porch taking the flag. Police did not release the names of the suspect or the flag owners.
