(Williston, ND) — The winners of county races that required recounts have been certified. The State Canvassing Board met on Monday to certify election results. In the South McLean Soil Conservation District race, Ethan Fylling was declared the winner. The board also declared Collette Brown the winner of the District Nine state legislative seat.
