(Rapid City, SD) — The City of Presidents in Rapid City is welcoming a new addition. A bronze statue of President Donald Trump was unveiled over the weekend. It’s the first time the current sitting president has had his statue revealed in the 25-year history of the City of Presidents project. The privately funded nonpartisan art project lines corners of the downtown Rapid City streets with each president to ever take office. Trump’s statue will be on display at the Rapid City Visitor Center for the summer before moving to its final home on the corner of 6th and St. Joseph streets in the fall.
