(Bismarck, ND) — Nicholas Chase is being nominated as the U.S. attorney for the District of North Dakota. Chase is a state district judge in the East Central Judicial District in Fargo. He was picked by the Trump administration for the new role yesterday and will wait for confirmation by the United States Senate.
