(Grand Forks, ND) — A Grand Forks man will spend years in federal prison for armed robbery. Ian Kramchuck was arrested last August after entering a Petro Serve with a handgun and threatening an employee while demanding money from the register. The 20-year-old pleaded guilty to his charges that were classified as a Hobbs Act robbery, which made the case eligible for federal prosecution. Kramchuck was sentenced to nearly four years in prison.
