(Rapid City, SD) — A second person is now charged in connection to the murder of 21-year-old Sahela Sangrait on the Ellsworth Air Force Base last year. Newly unsealed federal documents reveal 24-year-old Drew Durand of Rapid City was arrested back in April. He’s charged with being an accessory after the fact and failing to report a felony. Investigators say the crimes happened around the time Sangrait disappeared last August. Her body was found months later near Hill City. So far, authorities haven’t said exactly how Durand is connected. The man accused of the actual murder, Quinterius Chappelle, has pleaded not guilty.
