(Bismarck, ND) — A 19-year-old Fort Yates man is accused of entering a residence and terrorizing children. Zachery Keepseagle made his initial court appearance yesterday for multiple charges related to the incident. Three minors told police that Keepseagle threatened and followed them into a trailer home before he allegedly kicked in the door. The children managed to escape the residence and call for help. Keepseagle faces multiple charges, including attempted simple assault and terrorizing.
