(Fargo, ND) — Cass County’s emergency declaration has been extended indefinitely. The Cass County Board of Commissioners announced the decision yesterday during a special meeting as storm cleanup and relief efforts continue throughout the county. The board said the declaration will not end until the disaster period is over.
