(Bismarck, ND) — Bismarck authorities are charging two men for beating another man. Charles Holzer and Joshua Kerzman are accused of hitting the victim in the head with a club earlier this week. The man was taken to the hospital with a head injury, where he is expected to recover. The suspects were allegedly spotted committing the crime by police before they were arrested. Holzer and Kerman were charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, with jury trials scheduled for October.
