(Sioux Falls, SD) — A murder suspect in a deadly Sioux Falls park shooting is now back in South Dakota. Police say Lamont Burks Junior and another man opened fire at Dunham Park last August, killing one person and hurting three others. Burks was arrested in South Carolina in November and just arrived at the Minnehaha County Jail on Friday. He now faces charges in the deadly shooting.
