(Sioux Falls, SD) — Two men are behind bars in Minnehaha County after troopers reportedly caught them with a pound of cocaine during a Sunday traffic stop. Investigators say Brian Medrano-Eudales and Hector Santiago-Cartagen brought the drugs from New York and were headed to Mitchell. Both are now facing serious charges, with a judge setting their bonds at 50-thousand dollars cash-only.
