(Rapid City, SD) — Rapid City police are investigating another homicide at the Oxford Square Apartments — the second there in just two weeks. Officers say 24-year-old Michael Ladeaux died after being assaulted Monday night. Witnesses identified 24-year-old Joshua Thunderhawk as one of the attackers, and he’s now charged with second-degree murder. Police say the complex has been the scene of repeated violent crimes and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
