Lawsuit Accuses Kevin O’Leary, North Dakota Wonder Fund CEO, of Fraud

(Bismarck, ND) — A lawsuit accuses Kevin O’Leary of Fraud for investments as the CEO of the North Dakota Wonder Fund. Kevin O’Leary, widely known as “Mr. Wonderful” from the reality TV show “Shark Tank,” was accused of defrauding investors and misleading federal and state officials. Entrepreneur Melissa Brandao said that executives pushed her out, stole her patents, and misrepresented the company’s financial position and prospects to investors. It also alleges the North Dakota Wonder Fund knew the information after investing in HerdDogg, took no corrective action, and were complicit in misrepresenting the company to the state and federal government. She is seeking 350 million dollars in compensation.
