(Clark, SD) — Residents and businesses in Clark will face a new tax next year. The state’s Department of Revenue says it will implement a one-percent municipal gross receipts tax starting January 1st. It will apply to lodging accommodations, eating establishments, alcoholic beverage sales and admissions.
