(Pierre, SD) — A Game, Fish and Parks representative says revenue has spiked but usage of its parks and campgrounds are low. The increases in revenue came from nearly all nonresidents. Numbers for resident small-game hunters are unchanged. Many fees were raised last year and took effect this year.
