(Bismarck, ND) — Governor Kelly Armstrong announces a date for a special legislative session. On January 21st, the session will address the 500-million dollars in federal funding for rural health care. Before the state can spend the money, it must go through the state’s appropriation process. The funds will come from the Rural Health Transformation Program as part of the Big Beautiful Bill Act.
