(Rapid City, SD) — One person is dead and two others are injured after a head-on crash west of Rapid City. It happened yesterday morning on an icy stretch of road about 13 miles west of the city. The Highway Patrol says a truck crossed over the center line and hit an SUV traveling in the opposite direction. A female passenger in the truck died at the scene, while its driver was seriously injured. A Rapid City woman driving the SUV suffered minor injuries.
