(Spirit Lake, ND) — A juvenile suspect is in custody for a homicide Sunday on the Spirit Lake Reservation. The victim was identified as Jesse Clark Davis, known as JC to friends and family. The suspect was arrested after an investigation conducted by the Fort Totten Bureau of Indian Affairs Police Department and the FBI. Officials say it was an isolated incident and there is no ongoing threat to the public. Additional updates will be provided when the information becomes available.
