(Mandan, ND) — A Mandan woman free on bond is facing additional charges from a weekend drug arrest. Josie White Eagle was found in possession of a scale with drug residue and a bag of LSD in her clothes during a traffic stop in Bismarck. It happened on Saturday afternoon near Astronaut Drive and West Interstate Avenue in Bismarck. White Eagle pleaded guilty on Monday to misdemeanor drug possession. It was her second appearance in court on the day after she pleaded not guilty to charges of possession with intent to distribute meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while her license is suspended from a December 22nd traffic stop in Mandan.
