(Minot, ND) — A childcare facility in Minot is getting a helping hand from the North Dakota Department of Commerce. Heilman Properties has been awarded a 150-thousand-dollar loan to help complete its new facility through the Department’s North Dakota Development Fund. Other childcare groups in Bismarck and Fargo were also awarded loans. The Department of Commerce issued a grand total of 452-thousand-500 dollars in loans during the fourth quarter of 2025.
