(Bismarck, ND) — Police say a woman is in custody for a fatal stabbing in Bismarck on Friday. Two women were seen leaving an apartment on surveillance footage after the attack. Erian Fox was taken into custody for tampering with evidence and is likely to face felony murder charges. Police say it was a targeted attack and the second suspect was taken in, interviewed and released. They say there is no outstanding threat to the public.
