(Fargo, ND) — The Fargo City Commission is moving forward with a bridge project on 12th Avenue. On Monday, the commission unanimously approved the construction of the bridge that would connect 12th Avenue in Fargo to 15th Avenue in Moorhead. It also approves building a mini roundabout at 12th Avenue and Elm Street in Fargo. The cost is expected to range between 26- to 28-million dollars.
