(Bismarck, ND) — A man is facing jail time after breaking into a gas station and steal beer. Rathy Roman pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary after he was arrested in December. Investigators say he broke the glass of a convenience store and crawled inside to steal and start drinking beer. Roman allegedly called police on himself and police found him drinking one of the beers in the store when they arrived. He was sentenced to one year in jail for one count and 18 months for the second count.
