(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man is pleading not guilty to secretly recording two young girls. Authorities said Alberto Pedro allegedly had videos on his phone of two juvenile females, including a 12-year-old. He entered the not guilty plea on Friday to two felony charges. Pedro is scheduled to go to trial next month.
