(New York, NY) — A New York district court is dismissing an abortion ad case from South Dakota. The court says they lack jurisdiction to rule on the case but said it could be appealed in state court. Mayday Health filed the lawsuit after they were ordered to take down ads for abortion pills that were ruled illegal in the state of South Dakota. The decision was announced in a joint press conference with state Attorney General Marty Jackley and Governor Larry Rhoden. Jackley argued for the state in the New York courtroom and both men said its a big win for one of the most pro-life states in America.
