(Rapid City, SD) — The South Dakota School of Mines says a recent fundraising campaign brought in more than 100-million dollars. The campaign brought in closer to 120-million dollars from over 64-hundred contributing donors. Mines President Brian Tande says its a foundation, not a finish line. The money is expected to go to funding of the Nucor building, an addition to the student center and scholarship programs. School officials said donors went above and beyond to make the campaign a success.
