(Lincoln County, SD) — A Minnesota man is facing charges for having child sex abuse material on his phone. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office says 21-year-old Zane Shurr has been charged with 10 counts of possessing child pornography. He pleaded not guilty to the charges on Monday. He remains in custody on a 100-thousand dollar bond. A forensic review identified more than 14-hundred images and videos categorized as child sexual abuse material in his possession.
