(Rapid City, SD) — Two men are facing fraud charges for trying to collect donations at the Rapid City Walmart. Davion Bell of Riverdale, Illinois and Trvone Stokes of Chicago are being accused of setting up tables at the store entrances and taking collections. The men claimed to be representing a local high school athletic organization but had no connection to it and couldn’t provide an account for where the money was going. Bell is also facing a charge for providing false information to officers.
