(Rapid City, SD) — Police believe a car fleeing from a shots fired incident ran over and killed a dog. They are searching for a dark colored Mazda they believe is responsible. Police responded to a report of shots fired from a vehicle on the 17-hundred block of Seventh Street around 5 p.m. on Tuesday. Surveillance video show the shots came from the Mazda crossover. Rapid City Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact police immediately.
