(Mitchell, SD) — Two men are facing kidnapping charges in North Carolina after being arrested in Mitchell Monday night. Police were notified the two men were traveling westbound on Interstate 90 around 5:15 p.m. Officers were able to make contact with the occupants and were able to locate the kidnapping suspect. Freddruck Corprew and Jay Gurganus were both arrested for kidnapping. Gurganus waived his right to an extradition hearing, which allows North Carolina authorities to come pick him up in South Dakota.
